Cit brings over 12 years of Human Resources Management experience in all aspects of the end-to-end employment lifecycle across a variety of industries and sectors.  She has extensive hands-on experience leading and delivering strategic, cross-functional HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce development, organisational development, employee engagement, health and well-being, attraction and retention, career transition & outplacement, succession planning and remuneration.
