Conversations occur everywhere, especially when there is change, and the pace and frequency of change is escalating, which requires an antidote to reduce stress in our interpersonal relations. Our antidote to the increasing complexity, stress and changing workplace landscape is CompassionshipTM – Compassion Based Leadership, which is a suite of leadership, change and communication frameworks and practices that create an integrated approach to effectiveness. One way to navigate the complexity of relationships and work with greater ease and grounded compassion is through ‘Compassionate & Crucial Conversations'.

To increase the volume of Compassionate & Crucial Conversations that occur in workplaces for the purpose of creating thriving compassionate futures where conversations create safety and evolution of leadership and effectiveness.
Compassionate & Crucial Conversations Program
Compassionate & Crucial Conversations is not a “Communication 101” course, but rather is a conscious and integrated approach to help navigate the increasingly complex and chaotic world of work that we find ourselves in, so that leaders can lift communication, trust, relational energy and confidence for interpersonal effectiveness and increased accountability to outcomes. A key part of the change, development and benefit of our offering is that it removes the stigma and misconception that discomfort = difficult.
The training is an experiential learning workshop with reflection, application, frameworks, tools and considerations across all roles and sectors. During this training, participants will explore the various domains for these conversations and will build the leadership, self-management and awareness practices along with tested and practical communication approaches and tools for having the various types of Compassionate & Crucial Conversations.
