Sona is a well renowned Leadership Consultant, Executive Coach, Facilitator and Change Specialist. She has worked extensively facilitating and supporting leadership development across all sectors in both government and private enterprise across Australia and overseas.

Sona is the co-creator and developer of Compassionship™ our proprietary framework and practice that provides an integrated approach to Compassion based Leadership and Compassionate Cultural Effectiveness.

Sona’s strengths lie in the areas of deep leadership development, working with conflict and uncertainty, values based cultural and behavioural change and whole system thinking. Her coaching style is personal and direct and she is well known for holding her clients to account. She integrates her presence and coaching skills with her many years of experience in business, health and mindfulness to provide optimal outcomes for her clients.
