Tanya is a strategic, outcomes-driven and intuitive leadership coach and transformation specialist with over 15+ years of experience leading complex change across public, private, and community sectors. Tanya partners with her clients to establish and lead change strategies, coach executive leaders, and embed sustainable change practices that deliver measurable outcomes.

With a natural ability to build trust and navigate ambiguity, she partners with executive leaders and people managers to enable purposeful, people-centred transformation, at both an individual level and also team/organisational level. Tanya’s coaching draws on a rich blend of experience in organisational change, business analysis, and team development. She successfully supports executive teams through major reform efforts, delivers leadership workshops, and serves as a critical friend to leaders navigating uncertainty and change fatigue.
