Tracey Pelham
HR | Change | Leadership | Coaching
Transforming work place culture and supporting organisations through change and uncertainty is Tracey’s purpose and passion. A dedicated human resource change and development specialist, she sees change as an opportunity for growth and transformation.
“I welcome change. Change is inevitable, change is growth.”
Tracey has experienced her own journey of change in both personal and professional settings and understands that fear is often a driver of resistance to change. As a coach and mentor Tracey is a compassionate listener who knows both the value of silence and challenging limiting beliefs. She allows the coachee to face their fears and find their answers with thoughtful questions, guided reflection and holding space.
With a background in both human resource development, business management and private business consultation practice, along with a career in media account management, Tracey is recognised as a provider of high-level end to end HR capability development and change services to executive leaders and teams in both the private and public sectors. Tracey knows that a business’s success lies with its people and their leadership and their ability to adapt with agility in a VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) landscape.
Tracey is an experienced and dynamic facilitator, skilled in identifying development requirements, planning and delivering coaching and implementing both change and leadership development programs across a range of sectors. She has worked closely with executive management leadership teams as a “critical friend” to support change programs and the analysis of current systems and processes. Along with the delivery of coaching, and providing impartial operational advice and support, Tracey has led system implementation and change strategy for State-wide human resource platforms. Her most recent experience was working as a principal business consultant in a public sector education setting with a portfolio of change, communication and training.
